After scheduling the first appointment, I will email you a link to a confidential portal via Simple Practice where you can fill out all the intake paperwork and see your appointment calendar online.

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes and are scheduled once a week. This can be adjusted based on the situation.

The fee for each session is $180. I take check, debit and credit card, Zelle payments, HSA, and FSA. I do not take insurance at this time. If you are interested in using your insurance, I can automatically provide you with an invoice (Superbill) that includes the necessary information that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Clients who use their PPO insurance report success in navigating and getting their reimbursement. You will find information at the bottom of this page to consult your insurance to check your individual reimbursement rate.

Sessions are currently being conducted via telehealth. Accommodations can be made on a case by case basis.
